HealthActiv is presently looking for a talented Demand & Supply Planner who will bring his/her expertise to ensure that planning is done in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner.  The job incumbent will be reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.

To succeed in this role, you should be professional, highly-analytical, and possess excellent communication skills.

• Coordinate the purchasing forecast and ordering process of goods/services on behalf of the company.
• Analyse and anticipate market trends for timely purchase of inventory and to maintain suitable stock levels.
• Coordinate all inbound and outbound traffic to select the most cost-effective routing.
• Work closely with Category Teams to ensure optimal supply chain solutions.
• Prepare inventory reports for monthly order review meetings with respective business units.

• A Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration.
• At least 3 years experience in logistics or supply chain function.
• Knowledge in pharmaceutical industry logistics will be an advantage.

• Computer literate with high proficiency in Microsoft Office tools especially Excel.
• Highly organized and efficient in time management.
• Autonomous and highly motivated.
• Multi-tasking.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
